Earthworm Jim's neighbor who lives across the street in a trailer on a vacant lot.  She first met Jim when he borrowed an egg beater from her, Jim actually wound up leaving it on La Planeta De Agua. So Jim took Mrs. B along with him to retrieve the eggbeater facing violent danger, unstoppable evil and every last one of Jim's arch nemesis. Mrs. B was beaten up, blown up and she never DID actually get her egg beater back.

Pretty much after that happened, Mrs. Bleveredge broke all her ties to Jim, however, she was not written out of the story yet. At one fateful day, Psy-Crow overthrew Queen Slug-For-A-Butt who was banished to earth. Unable to adjust to life as a normal person, the Queen befriended Mrs. Bleveridge, and through her encouragement managed to gain her throne back. Mrs. Bleveridge stayed with the Queen on Insectika for a timespan of about 3 episodes, during the 3rd one, she was crushed by Earthworm Jim's house and was never heard from again, though it's more likely that she survived, because well, she's been through worse stuff.

Mrs. Bleveredge is a total loudmouth, and is real mean and ornery. Kinda like a human version of Slug-For-A-Butt. However, she can be real nice in a neighborly sort of way. ("Let's stay up late and talk about boys," "I'll make you some pancakes, although I can't seem to find my egg beater.") I think everyone's lived next to someone like Mrs. B once in their lives.
