All Superheroes have evil twins. Jim's evil twin was created when some toxic waste dripped on a bad photocopy of Jim's face. Before you knew it, this fiend was already ruining Earthworm Jim's good name.

Evil Jim is the exact opposite of Jim. This is most obvious whenever you hear each of them speak. While Jim likes to use big fancy words and soliloquy when he adresses someone, Evil Jim says everything brief and to the point. Where Jim would say "Egads, danger is afoot" Evil Jim would say "Something bad is going to happen."

In his own way Evil Jim is Earthworm Jim's most powerful foe. While all the other villians see Jim as a minor setback, Evil Jim really despises Jim and wants him dead. It doesn't help so much that Evil Jim is just as strong as Jim and comes complete with his own evil copies of Jim's pocket rocket and gun.
