Evil's stretchy-cheeked foe, the only member of the Galactic Heroes that is worth his salt, besides Jim. He has the ability to fly as well as store things in his big heavy cheeks, and yet, these are far more impressive powers than the other Galactic Heroes (How 'bout that "Turns his Eyelids inside-out boy" or "Makes his Toupee fly" man).

The Hamsternator is very surly. He sees his job as a superhero as an ordinary work-for-hire bit. He's obviously the leader of the Galactic Heroes League because he bosses around all the other guys and presides over the heroic court. He can't resist puting things in his cheeks, it's his nature.
