Walter's just one of those guys, y'know, he can't keep a steady job and roams all over the place. He first met Jim when he was locked in prison for doing things that Evil Jim was actually responsible for. Walter didn't help or hinder Jim's presence in the Turlawk containment facility. He did, however, like to use Jim as dental floss. This is probably why whenever Walter meets Jim, he refers to him as "Floss."

Ever since Walter got out of prison he's been a blue collar bozo. He's done stints as a waiter, a shopping mall Santa Claus and a voice teacher. He's not really good or bad at any of these jobs; he's just an idiot, uses bad grammar and annoys people.
