Ever heard of CYA? And I don't mean "See ya"... Here is the hosted sites disclaimer: (I=the web host=Buzzy=me)
1. Unlike the normal free providers, free speech is encouraged, though flaming and pornographic material is discouraged. If there is anything offensive, I consider myself, the web host, not responsible. I'm a web host, not a babysitter.
2. Another thing that distinguishes this site from free providers is that I don't ask for a wealth of information. Lots of sites will ask for anything from your e-mail address to your phone number, from your marital status to what you had for breakfast three weeks and two days ago. All I ask is for a decent amount of EWJ content (EWJ is ©Shiny Entertainment). I only keep the name and e-mail address.
3. Now for the real disclaimer... I, the web host (Buzzy), am not responsible for any offensive content on the site. I am not responsible for, but not limited to, copyright infringement, flaming, etc. Any hosted site will be removed if it has any content that could cause me to be sued. The site will be removed as soon as possible (I'm not a magician, you know).
